- If there was an error with your order on our part, we can help you. If any goods arrive to you broken or damaged, you can contact us as soon as possible. We will be asking you to send us photos of the damage to the package or product to determine whether we will send you a replacement or refund your money, at our discretion. All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

- We are not responsible for incorrectly written addresses in Paypal when placing any order. Once the package has been marked as shipped, no changes can be made to the address or shipping, nor can money be refunded for the error in the address.

- If a package is returned due to an error in the address you provided in Paypal, you must pay for the return shipping of the package if you want it to be sent again.

- We are not responsible if a package is recorded in the USPS tracking system as delivered to your mailbox or home, and has not arrived or was stolen. It is your responsibility to provide a secure address to receive your correspondence.
