- If there was an error with your order on our part, we can help you. You can write to our email and provide us the details about what happened with the order. We will be providing you with a label which you must print, stick it to the packaging to send it to us. Once we have received the return package, we will be making a replacement or full refund at our discretion. All claims must be made within 30 days after receiving your order.
- We are not responsible for any incorrectly written address at your PayPal account when placing any order. Once the package has been marked as sent, you can no longer make any changes to the address, nor to the shipping, nor can you request a refund for the error in the address.
- If a package is returned due to an error in the address you provided in your PayPal account, you must pay for the return package if you want it to be sent to you again.
- We are not responsible if a package registers in the USPS tracking system as delivered to your mailbox or home, and has not arrived or was stolen. It is your responsibility to provide a secure address to receive your correspondence.
- If any merchandise arrives to you broken or damaged, you can contact us as soon as possible. We will be asking you to send us photos of the damage to the package or product to determine if we will send you a replacement if available or refund your money, at our discretion.
